Executed Architecture

Monolithic residential execution across Marbella

Every project documents completed structural commissions engineered directly into steep Andalusian terrain, eliminating the disconnect between schematic design and on-site building execution.

Selected Projects

Six completed residential monographs

Documenting structural volume, raw material junctions, and bioclimatic site orientation across La Zagaleta, Sierra Blanca, and the Golden Mile.

Material Integrity

Tolerances tested on site

01 / Monolithic Pours

Board-formed architectural concrete

Structural core walls remain exposed throughout interior and exterior zones. Every formwork tie-hole aligns with the ceiling axis, celebrating the raw texture of Spanish pine timber moulds.

02 / Natural Stone Joints

Dry-stacked Spanish limestone

Quarried locally and hand-chiselled on site, massive limestone blocks anchor retaining structures into mountain bedrock, contrasting against razor-thin steel window profiles and glass parapets.

Site Philosophy

A villa should never merely sit on a ridge; it must discipline the topography and frame the sea.
